Where we ship

Little Steps ships to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, no matter how many pairs you order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 12–15 days. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Holiday orders

To get your order before Christmas, please order by December 5.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 4 business days of ordering, email us.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 days after you ordered, email us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.
