These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Little Steps website (wearlittlesteps.com) and any purchase you make from Little Steps ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell soft, flexible toddler shoes. We try to show colors and details accurately, but colors on your screen may look slightly different. Sizes are based on shoe length; please check the size guide before ordering. Always supervise young children, and stop using the shoes if they're worn out or damaged.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Offers like "every 3rd pair free" are applied automatically at checkout while the offer runs and can end at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Little Steps or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Little Steps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
